Kaju Burfi

Kaju Burfi is believed to have originated in North India, particularly from the royal kitchens of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Made by finely grinding premium cashews into a rich paste and cooking it to perfection with sugar, this smooth, velvety sweet has a mildly sweet taste and is often topped with edible silver foil, making it a luxurious addition to any festive platter.
