Refund Policy
At Wimbis Cakes, we strive for perfection. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while accounting for the perishable nature of our products.
Cancellations
Refunds in case of cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Kindly refer to the same for detailed information.
Order Acceptance
- Order acceptance depends on availability, delivery areas, and slots.
- Orders may be declined after assessment with full customer notification.
- If Wimbis Cakes cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded to your wallet or bank.
Refund Processing
- Refunds start only after customer confirmation (Wallet or Bank).
- Orders within 48 hours of delivery are refunded to the wallet only.
- Bank refunds are processed within 15 working days.
Delivery Guidelines
- Only one delivery attempt will be made.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order is cancelled with no refund.
- Midnight deliveries occur between 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM.
Address & Pin Code
- Changes are free if requested 24h before delivery.
- Changes within 24h incur a ₹200/- charge.
- Incorrect pin codes leading to non-serviceable areas are non-refundable.
Complaints
If the product does not meet expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 4 hours of delivery for immediate review.
Peak Occasions
Delivery times may extend up to 52 hours during major festivals.
Damaged Items
Please refuse delivery if damaged. Replacements attempted within 6 hours.
Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent orders are cancelled immediately without any refund.
